MEET THE FOUNDER
Hey, I'm Ivy
My journey in hospitality didn't begin with a grand passion.
To be perfectly honest, it wasn't a dream to work with tourists it was a practical way to make a living and achieve my personal goals. But something shifted while I was in it.
Working with top brands opened my eyes. I discovered a genuine passion and a deep appreciation for this industry.
More importantly, I saw firsthand how genuine service does more than just achieve excellence, it builds profound human connections. It opened doors to meeting wonderful people, guests who became lifelong friends, colleagues who are now partners and collaborators, and past leaders who continue to mentor me on my entrepreneurial path.
This journey taught me the tremendous impact of leading others, the privilege of serving others, and the non-negotiable importance of continuous growth.
It is with all these lessons in my heart that I created the Hospitality Mastery Aruba Network.
This community is the culmination of my 25-year journey, a place to network with fellow peers who understand that
our work is about more than a transaction, it's about connection and growth.
